The fuel pump on my 1952 Ford motor died over the winter. I have a spare new pump from an earlier motor. Will it work on my late model motor?

NO if it is a pre-1948 pump. Look at the mounting area of said pumps. I have a restored one for a 49-53 single one with glass bowl and filter in it for $ 45 plus $10 shipping. All bullet proof parts used. ken ct 1-203-260-9780 (this is a single action pump NOT double action !!

In addition to my friend Ken's info, there are two styles of fuel pumps for your '52, one for 8 cylinder engines and another for the six, so be sure you keep that in mind. As Ken says, there are also two styles of pumps, single and double action. The single V8 type is not hard to find, but the others are a different story, and likely close to double in price.
