Hello, I would like to determine the value of my 1934 Ford Victoria. It is all very nice original, including paint and interior. It runs and drives, and has always been stored inside. I looked at the old cars price guide and it doesn't really have a catagory for a car like this. Any help would be appreciated. I will try to post some pictures if I can figure it out. oldmtrcyc@msn.com

Try NADA or Old Cars Weekly price guide books for "general" guidance on value.

Thank you for the input. I am not a "car guy", mostly into antique motorcycles. In that world, the unrestored originals in very nice shape are always worth more than the restored bikes. I was curious if that were the case with this old car. It is way too nice to restore in my opinion.

So glad you feel that way Jim, and yes, an unrestored car in pristine condition is rare, certainly more valuable dollarwise, and more respected by those in the know. Our club, was one of the leaders in recognizing the originals as something to preserve rather than to restore. We have an award, the "Rouge", for such a car, presented for each of three different areas of a car: The Exterior, the Interior, and the Engine/Chassis.

Jim, photos would be helpful in determining the value.Original cars are only original once, so preserving them is important. Real nice originals are always highly desired by car people. It sounds like you may have a car that was in your family or a close family connection. Cars like this draw a lot of attention at car shows and especially at Early Ford V-8 Meets.

Jim, that's a beauty. It looks like a car that used to be in Northern California. Is it from Nor Cal?
