What can I do to stop the spring packs from squeaking spred and clean comes back in two weeks thanks

What exactly do you mean by spread and cleaned? Did you remove the springs and take them apart? Did you grind smooth any wear that is almost always present near the ends (where the upper leaf end rubs atop the lower leaf)? Did you reassemble them and apply some "fifth wheel grease" to each and every leaf? Anything less and you will find it difficult at best to eradicate the squeaks permanently.

What I did to quiet my springs was to , first disassemble the spring, then I sanded between each spring section and then brush on a thin layer of anti seize compound (the same stuff you put on bolts) and reassemble the spring. It works great!

Be sure that the squeaking isn't coming from the shackles, as is often the cause.
