I'm not familiar with your car, but have had several open cars. When you fold the top down, first release any snaps on the edge of the top fabric, or tearing may result. As the top is lowered, be sure that the material between the bows is folded across the top and down into the space, and do this as the top comes down. It does slow the process, but prevents creasing the top that will make it look bad when it is raised. Most of us lower the top early in the season, and it stays down unless a shower comes up unexpectedly, so properly stowing is important.
