47 Ford hood install

In desperate need of a video or good pictures of how the hood hinges and springs attach to hood and the the cowl of the car 1947 Ford Coupe. Hood was off car when I bought it Thanks

Frank, there are a couple of sites that have instructions on how to align the hood once you get it on. They might give you an idea on how the hinges and springs are assembled. The sites are Van Pelt Sales and Mark's 1941-1948 Ford Parts. You might have to scroll around but the instructions are a great help when installing your hood.

These are from my ‘47 Mercury, so they should be the same. Sorry, if they are too late. Let me know if you you want a specific angle. I hope you get it installed ok.
