Here's some photos of my 35 engine comp that might help. Please note that originally the headlight/horn crossover wiring was held in place by clips on the bottom of the radiator.

Check out the wiring diagram for the 1936 model on Mac Van Pelt's website. It a copy of the original Ford drawing showing the general routing of the harnesses and the clip locations. On vanpeltsales.com, click on "electrical parts and prices" and then click on "ignition wiring drawings" to get to the links for the wiring diagrams and schematics.
