I have quite a few of those; about 10 or 12, and they are 1 and 1/16 th inches long. They don't fit!- TOO LONG!!

Steve, I just verified the fuse in the 8-tube radio in my Crestliner. It is the SFE-14, as stated above. The SFE-14 is exactly 1" long and fits perfectly. One observation - the socket in the side of the radio is spring-loaded - the fuse depresses a bit when the cover is attached. Does yours properly depress? Ken

STEVE in my ORIGINAL FORD DEALER 49 50 FORD parts manual, form NO 3752 it states 14 amp fuse for 8 tube radio, the part number is 8A-14526 it does not say what size HOW LONG the fuse is, it should be 1 inch,I am thinking, hope this helps, 37 Ragtopman Buss Fuses sells a emergency kit part #EK-7 this kit should have one 14 amp fuse in it out of 6 with a fuse puller SOLD on E-BAY # 254671197339 $4.49 plus shipping,
