Im looking for Robert Shewman stats. I did a search and haven't found him other than in very old post on this and other forums. Any information on these thermostats would be appreciated. BTW, wishing you all the best with this virus dilemma. Take care all.

I'm pleased with his stats. I installed a pair of his 160 degree stats in my '34. They mount in the upper part of the radiator hose where it meets the tank....

The washers, like I said in my thread about them, cost $2 +tax; a lot cheaper than shumans, and there work on the same theory!!

Washers don't open and close - they're always open. Therefore, it takes longer for the engine to get up to ideal operating temperature. Washers Suck!....
