Depends on which coupe you have. There were two models in 1940, the Business Coupe and the Five Window Coupe. The Business Coupe (sometimes called the Opera Coupe) uses essentially the same seat as the Tudor Sedan. However, the seat back in the Five Window Coupe is not split and does not fold forward as the backs do in the Business Coupe and sedan. Instead, it tips up from the bottom to allow access to the storage area behind the seat.

The footrests were omitted on the coupe seats. Otherwise, they're identical to the sedan seats.
