My engine block along the oil pan rail has 15 threaded holes for oil pan bolts but the last hole above where the starter goes near the flywheel bell housing has a larger none threaded hole. Does this pan only take 15 bolts rather than 16? any help will greatly be appreciated. See photo of area under question

There is a bolt that comes in from the top of that hole into a threaded hole in the oil pan. Lawrie

Great! Thanks you solved the problem. Is it true that this bolt needs to be 1/8 in longer than the other oil pan bolts?
