I need some guidance in lining up my hood so it closes properly. When I currently close my hood, it laches but the back of the hood sits up and is a little cockeyed. When I push down on the back on one side the other side goes up. Do the same on the other side it does the same thing. I need some guidance in what I am doing wrong and how to corrected this problem. I am so close to finishing this truck. Thank you in advance for your help and guidance.

The hinges might be binding, try lubricating them.

I know this may sound strange, but as I recall you need to raise the hinges upward to get the hood to sit on the cowl correctly. Loosen the hinges and tip the hinge upward at the front part of the hinge and then tighten them down. TomO's suggestion of lubing the hinges will also help.
