Metro Moulded in Minneapolis may have the front vent window seal. They do make it for the Coupe and Convertible. If they don't make them, maybe they can give you some help on making some from their stock pieces. http://www.metrommp.com/index.cfm?f=product_list_for_vehicle&search_year=1940&search_make=MERCURY&search_model=SERIES%2009A&search_submodel= There are 2 solutions to the quarter window seals in this topic: https://www.earlyfordv8.org/forum/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=16&Topic=7038&keywords=quarter%20window I have not seen the results in person, so I cannot recommend either procedure. The parts catalog gives different P/N for the Mercury and Ford seals.

Hi Si, I'm guessing you have a Fordor that has rear quarter windows. I have a '40 Fordor Ford. I was unable to find the seals for the quarter windows. So, I order two sets for a coupe; a coupe's 1/4 windows are smaller than a fordor's. Use two coupe seals to make one fordor seal. If you carefully cut the butts, it's not an 'eyecatcher' at all.
