It is great to see how misinformation gets corrected on this forum. I posted what I thought was a source for the P/N and was corrected by Kubes40 and 40 coupe. Good job guys.

Contact Third Gen Auto. or Southside Obsolete Ford I think your looking for 68-701590-B in Benton Gray or 68-701590-C in Chrome finish. They are a circular trim ring with 4 tabs to bend over and hold it to the dash.

Pete, I am 99% certain that part was not serviced. In other words, it was not offered separate from the instrument panel and as such there would be no part number to be found in a Ford parts book. My guess is you are unlikely to find one.
