Yes, and I found them at Harbor Freight, in a kit with different sizes and sheet metal screws too! Mc-Master-Carr calls them "U nuts and another style," J "nuts, they are for machine screws.

Steve are you talking about "speed clips"? The ones that slip over the edge of sheet metal and take sheet metal screws to hold things together?
