"Kubes," I used that Indian Head sh*llac on the fitting, inside and outside, like you said to ensure no leakage. Question: How long should I wait before adding my coolant?? A couple of hours; or over night???

"Kubes," I did follow the instructions in the bottle, and assembled the parts on the hose about 15-20 minutes later, when they were "tacky " to a light touch with my finger. It oozed out just a very little around the edge of the outer piece when I tightened the large nut, and what oozed out around the edges and had a very light tan color. My question is and was: How long after you sh*llac and install those parts, do I have to wait to put my coolant in, or can I put it in right away? Regards, Steve Lee
