Can someone tell me if any, some, or most 1935 5 window coupes had both a metal floor pan & wood floorboard on the driver side? What can you tell me about the passenger side? Flat, cup, or no washers? Have V-8 Club 35-36 Ford Book but not entirely clear to me. Thanks.

The early 35 had a metal toe board on the left and a wood toe board on the right. For most of the year the drivers side was wood. They are fastened to the floor and firewall with countersink head screws and washers to match.

Appreciate the info. My 35 coupe has metal toe board on left & wood toe board on right. Any particular advantage or preference for the wood toe board on left? I think my floor pans are missing some seals that should be there & I'd like to get everything the way it should be or at least better if possible.
