Looking for advice as to a GOOD place to send my speedodometer for repair/rebuild (it pulsates) 20mph up to 90mph could it be the drive on Tranny also? We have replaced the s/cable with a new one from Macs. Thanks for the tip on a rough running engine (replacing the s/plugs)it sure made a great difference. I never thought that could happen I learned something that day We still have a little hesitation on accelerating and a slight miss at cruise speed looking for some advice on that? Thanks for you help. Regards Empty Pockets

You should make sure that the core cable is well greased before concluding that the fault lies with the speedometer head.

We send our speedos and other instruments to Bob's Speedometer in Michigan. They have a web site.

Good advice by 3W2. Don't depend on the vendors or manufacturers to lube the inner cable.
