This has me curious. Maybe an expert can explain the reason for offset/non offset piston pins. Advantages? How much offset? Thanks John

The Egge pistons for my engine had no marking. The answer I got was that "usually" no marking for front of engine meant that the pin is not offset and they can be installed either way.

Got a new set of 0.060 pistons for a 59AB and they have no marking as to which way faces forward. They came from Speedway and the only thing on the dome is the ".060". Can they go in either direction? Thank you; Evan
