I am getting ready to replace glass in both doors of pickup and wondered if anyone had any advice, tricks, tips on the best way to remove the old glass and replace it with new. A few questions - do you need to remove the window regulator or just remove the channel that holds the glass from the regulator? Any help would be great.

If you do a search on my user name you'll find a couple of postings back in October in which I got a lot of good advice when I replaced the door windows in my '38 coupe. That might be of some help. Tim
