The top should have a drop down rear window flap and the rear window frame is either cast or stamped steel..Chrome on the outside, painted on the inside. Don Rogers

Hello! New guy here. My father bought a '35 Cabriolet from the original owner in 1953, and gave it to me last year. I'm ready to replace the top, which my dad said was replaced before he purchased it. Looking over Lebaron Bonney tops I see two differences - this top has a two sided chrome plated in & out frame for the rear glass with 14 screws securing inside to outside. The top also has no provision for a section to "drop down" around the rear window which I've seen in a couple of photos of '35s online. The Lebaron Bonney top has a stainless outside frame w/tan painted interior trim and drop down section. I'm guessing that mine is not the original configuration, but wanted to check before purchasing a new top. I did order the '35-'36 book (today) from the Club, but want to get the top ordered. Thanks!
