You have enough for both sides. One with and one without the rubber made a set. The rubber between made the seal. Ken in Texas

The parts were in a box when we got the car. The two parts in the first picture look like they have rubber?? on the ends. they are about 3 1/2" long. Theparts in the second picture do not have the rubber end?? and they are a little longer.

heckertken, They are the castings attached to the top irons. Make the curve above the rear corner of the door window. They look like the ones on my '38 Cabriolet so probably work on '37 - '39 cabriolets. One on the top and meets one on the back section to "frame" the rear corner. May work on others too, I don't know. Ken in Texas
