In the current V-8 Times, a Mr. Wolf of Washington asks the magazine's 1937 guy about 1937 Scuff Plates for Fordor. The Times' 1937 guy mentions that Dennis Carpenter had the scuff plates for a time but he was not sure about current availability. My current issue of Mac's (with the 1932 Victoria on the cover) has the 1937 Scuff plates, both front and back. Not sure if they still have them, but the current catalog indicates they do. Good Luck. Yes, Mac's does carry the 37' front scuff plates for the Fordor but it appears not for the Fordor Deluxe which I have. I ordered the scuff plates in their catalog but when I got them they where the right width at the front of the plate but they gradually got wider toward the back of the plate (pn#78-7313250-PR). As a result they will not fit and I'm in the process of returning them. If anyone knows where I can get them that would be appreciated. LeBaron Bonney no longer carries them either.

Try C&G. We use them because they have the least backorders. You can see the selection on pages 274 and 275 of their online catalog. www.cgforparts.com
