If I reverse the polarity of my cooling fan to change direction, do I have to flip the fan blades around. Thanks...

Yes, to change the direction of air flow through the fan, reverse the polarity of the wires going to the fan motor and invert the fan blade assembly. The rule of thumb is that the curve or pitch of the fan blade should always face the engine.

I have no experience doing this, but seems to me you would do one or the other. If you do both, you will be back to where you started.
