Took a lot of time today but found the correct but apparently obsolete 1932 Model hoses on Ebay . Not so lucky on my parts wanted ad for a 1932 Model B air cleaner/ silencer. All fake scammers who could at least read or understand what I want not a carburetor or a silencer for a something else.

Go to a FRIENDLY auto parts store and ask them to look for a hose with 11 1/4" of straight area, then cut off any curves. A good parts guy should be able to find something, possibly from a late model truck. Paul

There are no curves in any of the three Model B radiator hoses.

If you don't want to use a flex hose, you can go to a NAPA or other auto parts store to locate a couple of 2" I.D. curved rubber hoses and a straight piece of 2" O.D. steel tube and the hose clamps required to connect them together.

I never considered until now when I need one this part would be so elusive. No longer made or out of stock I have not been able to find a Model B Ford upper hose part # B-8260,2" i.d. X a 11 1/4" length. Anybody have a source or know that my search is futile and off to NAPA I go. Kinda think posing on parts wanted is no longer an option on this site never been successfull only responses from guys with surname like first name.
