I live in SW FLORIDA (Estero). I am looking for someone who rebuilds carburetors. I have a Holly 94 on a 24 Bolt Flathead. Car runs excellent, but I’m having some leaking at the gaskets(s). Does anyone have recommendations of who to go to? They don’t have to be in Florida. Does anyone know in Vintage Speed in Vero Bch Fl is still in business? Thank you.

X3 on Charlie. All three of my flatheads have Charlie carburetors, fuel pumps and distributors.

Daytona parts in FLA. also rebuilds carbs. Check out their web site. They have the best rebuilding kits and can supply parts and gaskets as well. Vintage speed does have the nylon gaskets that usually work to stop the leak you have.

What I liked about Charlie is that he rebuilt my carb and fuel pump for my '46 Coupe 59AB, then ran them on his test engine. When I got them back, I installed them, started the engine, and it ran and idled nicely without having to make any adjustment. He also noticed that someone in the past and drilled the mains, and changed them out to the correct size. Thus, my mileage has improved and the plugs are a nice light tan color now.
