You may or may not hear from someone who is willing to lend you one so that you can have your local car upholster copy it or obtain a copy of the original engineering drawing(s) from the Benson Ford Research Center at the Henry Ford in Dearborn and have your upholsterer use that. The part numbers are: 40-756250-A (Standard) and 40-756250-B (Deluxe).

The Benson Ford Research Center at the Henry Ford in Dearborn is an excellent source for information. I've gone there a few times to do research, and they are very helpful. They are so nice, they even lend you white cotton gloves to handle documents.
