Aha!! I did it myself; and it's chargeing!! All on ebay, and Googled others; said A to batt on the regulator! WRONG!! I figured the system out; and then figured out how to do it. From the knowledge that I had as the top mechanic in the 1960's at VW; and then in the 1970's at Buick.

It's FIELD TO BATT to polarize!! A lot of info says;" BATT to ARM " WRONG!!!!! BEWARE of FALSE INFO! That may work for other than FORDS, but not a FORD!!!
