I had a strange experience the other day. I drove my crestliner about 2 months ago; brakes were good. The other day I went to back it out to drive it and-"NO PEDAL AND NO BRAKES!! There are no puddles at any of the wheels; or anywhere under the car on the floor! I have yet to pull the floor mat back to see the Master Cylinder (which I'm pretty sure is empty.) I've done a lot of brake jobs in my time; but this is THE WEIRDEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN; or HAD HAPPEN! STRANGE!! I'll find out what's going on;but Any hints are APPRECIATED!! Regards, Steve Lee

Master cylinder check valve stuck. Shit happens. Lift the mat and tap-tap the master cylinder while operating the pedal. Chances are good that'll do it, but continue on, flush and refill with fresh fluid.

Thanks Alan; never heard of that in 66 years of working on cars; but the old saying is "Sh-t happens!"
