How do you repair an exhaust port that has a hole in it no#1 cylinder. Its leaking water in the exhaust

How big of a crack or "hole"?? Discussion on FordBarn recently about this, water glass recommended by Ronnie Roadster. Paul in CT

It looks like someone drilled out a broken head bolt and went to deep, went through the side of the exhaust port. Iam thinking of putting a longer helicoil in it with a plug at the bottom

HI Water in exhaust does the radiator build up pressure,? or water just runs out the exhaust, does the engine have to be running, ? this is not good, for the cylinder, I would drain the cooling system soon as you can to prevent further damage, and see it it can be repaired, hope you make out ok, 37Ragtopman
