Most keep up with any upgrades to 6 volt systems and new parts available for old Fords. Check some of the suppliers in the Links section of this site. TomO 01-14-2020 @ 8:23 AM reply profile send p.m. Senior Posts: 7243 Joined: Oct 2009 Google is your friend when looking for stuff. https://www.ledlight.com/led-headlight-lights.aspx I don't believe that there is a direct led replacement for your head light bulb, but there are led bulbs that can be used with you making your own socket and connections. Be aware that the headlight bulbs for your truck are pre-focused bulbs and the lens is designed to work with them. Led bulbs may cause unwanted glare to oncoming traffic. If you do go with the led bulbs, aim them so they are lighting up the right side of the road more than the left side. The reality is that LEDs give you much more light but it is unfocused light . In my country all vehicles have to have a twice yearly safety check to be on the road . Part of this check is a light alignment check on a calibrated machine . This reveals LEDs ( at least in my 34 ) actually put less light on the road where you want it . There is more light every where else including in oncoming drivers eyes. For this reason retrofitting LEDs to headlights is actually illegal here. I have seen hundreds of threads stating how great LEDS are . Unfortunately scientific testing reveals that at least in our cars they aren't. Interestingly despite posting this information previously most people don't believe it and still insist that LEDs are better. My research has not found a 1937 specific LED. The LogoLite bulb only fits up thru 1934. The suggestion on fog lights sounds good and I may try that. 37RAGTOPMAN 01-16-2020 @ 12:24 PM reply profile send p.m. Senior Posts: 1940 Joined: Oct 2009 hi LED They make 6 volt Halogen lights that fit DIRECTLY into the 37 reflectors. they are bright, and if you do not do a lot of Night time driving they are good to use ON the 32-38 you can adjust the 3 brush so it put more currant out, my 2 cents 37RAGTOPMAN supereal 01-22-2020 @ 2:00 PM reply profile send p.m. Senior Posts: 6819 Joined: Oct 2009 LED are coming to most applications, and have been used in trucks for some time. When the market catches up, conversions will become available, and the prices will come down. I have halogens in my '47, and they didn't improve the lighting measurably. I devised a relay board to feed them directly from the battery, using the stock system to switch the relays. This bypassed the headlight switch, dimmer, and all the old connectors that were losing power. Now the headlights are at least as good as new, and probably better, certainly safer. TomO 01-23-2020 @ 10:16 AM reply profile send p.m. Senior Posts: 7243 Joined: Oct 2009 You should do a little diagnosis before you try to switch light sources. Make sure that the bulbs are for 6 volts. The standard bulbs require at least 5.8 volts to reach the lower edge of normal brightness. If your bulbs are not getting that, you need to check all of the connections from the battery to the light bulb. Your reflectors need to be clean and bright. Your lenses must be clean. Your lights must be focused and aligned. The owner's manual for my 40 has the procedure, your 37 owner's manual may also have the procedure. Tom
