I installed turn signals on my 36 years ago using repro. 6volt fog lamps, because I liked the look.I just hooked them up like any single element bulb. As Tom said,you will not be able to use them as fog lights also. Frank

You would not need to have a dual element, if you wire the current bulbs as front turn signals and not use them as fog lamps. You will have to disconnect them from the fog lamp switch, so that both lights do not blink when a turn is indicated. The flash may be slower using the fog light bulbs.

Looking for suggestions to convert my fog lamps so they could be used as front turn signals I cannot find a dual element seal beam light that I could swap out with my existing Amber foglamps any suggestions would be appreciated
