Hello,,,,I am replacing the bumper on a 41 ford deluxe, the bolts on the ends are oval but the bolts on the bumper guards are square, I see in the catalogs they are all square, what would be correct?, Thanks for any help, Mike

41Deluxe bolts are all square. The problem is, (I think) the short ones are available as repros but the long ones for the bumper guards are not. I for onehave been searching for years.

All the bolts in a 42 bumper have square heads. If you can't find them at one of the usual suppliers have you asked people in your local club? Someone may have a couple of spares.

I think you might want to double check the bolts. I believe the 41 bolt head is rectangular. The longer ones are available from Bob Drake. I just bought some.
