Where can I find a water pump for a 1952 Ford F-7 truck with a 276 cu in OHV engine? This is the truck version of the 317 Lincoln and F-8 engine.

You can try a vendor such as Lincoln Land, lincolnlandinc.com, or www.lincolnold parts.com Surprisingly, some NAPA stores have them or can get them, as do occasional Ford dealers.

I realized I never followed up to this request. I found a water pump from Chuck's Trucks in CT. Nice guy who advertises in the V8 Times. Thanks.

I have no idea about actual shop address, they are sell the water pump for a 1952 Ford F-7 truck with a 276 cu in OHV engine. But I think you might have to go to a place that services and sells parts for large trucks.
