If you located the rest of the interior, a good auto trim shop should be able to make the seat upholstery. Many, if not most, truck seats were remade over the years, as they received extreme wear in ordinary use. They are not complicated items, in most cases.

I am in the process of restoring the interior of my standard model '53 F100. To date I have been unable to find ANY information on the seat upholstery. Door panels, headliner and floor coverings - both original and custom - are easy to come by, but not the seats! Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks.
