Anyone put an 2003 5.3 in a 38 p/u. What radiator did you use?

You might be better off asking this question on the HAMB or FordBarn. FWIW Paul in CT

Back in the 60's I put a 289 in a 1937 passenger car and reused the existing radiator with one inlet and one outlet removed. We never had any cooling issues with that combination.

Check with U.S. Radiator they have aluminum or copper/brass radiators and can put the correct inlet and outlet on the radiator. If you are using a late Ford motor you need to tell them which side the water pump mates to the radiator. Ford had several different pumps.
