Does anyone have any extra or know where to find the small square studs that hold on the narrow fender stainless on the '46 -'48 Mercury. Thanks

For the trim on a '39 you can get a "universal" trim clip (stud-type) and grind it down to fit (and match the originals); maybe that could work on the smaller trim also.

I bought the "studs" you mention from Joblot Auto in NY. Mac's Auto in NY has a universal kit of studs that can be cut into size as mentioned in this discussion. Peder
