Has anyone had any experience installing new running board covers on new steel running boards? New covers seem a little short or new steel running boards are a little long. Any suggestions? 1941

Try heating the running board covers with a hair dryer or heat gun to get them to expand a little so they will fit onto the running boards.

If the covers are warmed up (sitting in the sun) they should stretch that far.
