My convertible had a specific cast iron type body spacer (like a rubber mount but metal). I have had no luck in finding its correct placement. I hadn't stripped the body it was off when i bought it and although some parts were labelled these weren't. The only reference i can find to different spacer in my parts book is around the front cowl where the cast convertible specific body to frame mount is (like a figure eight ). I would appreciate any guidelines on correct placement. Thanks Selwyn

I have a set of sketches that show where the rubber and metal spacers go on a 46 Merc convertible and will send it by email if you send me your email. Bill Large
