These were supposed to be for a 40 ford convert,, I believe they are for a Mercury the top arm measures 14 3/4 center to center and 14 1/2 on the bottom . Does anyone know what model they fit?

You guys check me on this... Note the part number of '09A-7023201' shown on the bottom arm of the regulator on top of the other. I believe that correlates to the LH door of a 40 Mercury 2 Door Sedan. Steve

Steve, you are correct. Shogun, the measurements in the parts catalog are from the center of the spring to the top rivet is 14.5" and the housing for the gears measures 9 1/16" in the longest dimension. The 40 Ford convertible measurements are 12.5" from the spring to the rivet and the housing measures 10 3/32"
