I had my 40 frontend checked and aligned and the steering wheel is off center worst than it was now.The car does drive better.I guess the steering wheel is on shaft with key?I also noticed that the drag link has a slight bend in it.Is this normal or is both the drag link and tie rod suppose to be straight? Please give me some advise on this problem Kube. Thanks,Russell

Russ, The very FIRST thing any even half way decent shop will do when aligning the front chassis is SET the steering wheel straight. That is basic "Alignment 101". I'd suggest you bring it back and have them fix it. The fix is simple and fast. they should, if reputable, admit their oversight and take care of the fix promptly and politely. This one is on them.

Mike is correct. To center the steering wheel is just an adjustment of the drag link. The 37-41 drag link does have a bend in it.
