Aquired 40 1/2 ton that was diassembled & wondered what these items are? 20 inches long. Thanks for the help in advance.

They look like the upper pieces of the'40 standard grille.

hi , what are they made out of ? metal ,,,rubber ? maybe a gasket. hard to tell in the photo try matching up to something on the car , see where it fits, my 2 cents 37Ragtopman

after seeing couple of close up pics of different pickups they are tops of factory std grille area that mts to fender.

Do you mean the sides (not tops) of the pot metal grille halves? That could be. However, what you have there is trash.
