Factory turn signals were not part of Ford vehicles until after WWII. But, that does not mean that aftermarket turn signals were not installed in older vehicles, such as your 1937. If you have original headlight buckets, there will be a small bulb (parking light) that can be wired to serve as the front signal light. You can use the rear taillights, since they are already twin filament bulbs. Or there are small lights available that you could clamp to the front and rear bumper arms. The signal switch would mount on the left side of the steering column. There a plenty of options out there -- suggest that you Google 'aftermarket turn signal wiring diagram' and find one that may work for you.

As was stated your pickup did not come with turn signals. Using the parking light bulb in the headlights will work, but not well with the headlights turned on at night. As a suggestion you might consider some fog lights mounted to the bumper irons for the front signal lights. They look more authentic and you can't miss them when they are activated. 6 and 12 volt fog lights can be found at swap meets or on e-Bay.
