Would the 41 Ford book show the assembly of the front door vent window? I think I am missing something as there is a gap between the two Pieces of glass. Also the vent window glass seal kit has rivets to attach to something but no instructions. I've downloaded the glass installation instructions from the old manuals but don't see a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The front door glass has a stainless trim piece that fits on the glass and the vent window seals to that. The rivets are to attach the fuzzy strip to that piece of stainless. Here is a photo showing the bar with the widow closed.

Is the 1941 vent divider the same as the 1942? Are these available anywhere?

I don't think so. I think that the 42 was fixed like the 46-48. I don't know if anyone is reproducing them, you probably should look for a used one.
