Can I remove coil without taking distributor off? I've removed three screws from the coil case perimeter but coil won't come off.

There's a bolt holding the condenser to the distributor housing threaded into the timing cover.

Sometimes they tend to stick in the dist opening,tap lightly side to side with a rubber mallot. ken ct.
