Topic: Parts From MEC

These folks have a lot of cool stuff but I can't ever seem to contact them to make a purchase. Has anyone reading this had any success? I've got one 32 chassis I want to convert to hydraulics and another with a 59A that mismatches at the lower radiator outlets. The parts I need are right there on the website. Thanks in advance.

On the brakes you can check with Richard Lacy at the Early Ford V-8 Garage in Laverne, Ca. he's listed in the club roster. He makes brakets, etc. to mount the master cylinder to work with your existing mechanical brake linkage. In regards to the lower radiator hose issue you might check with Flathead Jack in Walnut Creek, Ca. Ph# 925-932-2233.
Another possible source for the lower hose adapter is Tatom Custom Engines in Washington Ph# 360-424-8314.
I never understood people who are in business that fail to respond to potential customers. When I don't get a response after 2 or 3 attempts I move on and will never call them again. In my estimation they are poor businessmen and would never respond to you if you had a problem with their product.

Thanks for the response. If you look in Flathead Jack's catalog those cast lower radiator connectors have MEC on them. So, I guess that's where he gets them. Maybe you have to be a vendor.
