Can I use a 1935 Ford pressure plate on a 1932 V8. Is the throw on the clutch pedal the same.

No, the '35 pressure plate is incompatible with a '32 flywheel. If you could find the version of the '35 flywheel that is completely flat on the clutch surface, it would probably clear the bell housing on a '32 transmission case, but the other version with a heavy lip around the outer circumference will clash with a '32 transmission case.
