Hello, does anyone have a copy of Volumes 1 and 2 of David Rehor’s 1932 Ford books that you would be willing to sell me? I have some V8 engine parts that are likely 1932 but I need to do some research. If you don’t want to sell the books, maybe you could help me with some of my engine accessory questions, I am almost certain the block is 1932. I’m less certain about the crank pulley, distributor, heads, intake, carburetor, air cleaner, etc. Any help is appreciated.

The distributor housing and ignition coil shown in your photo are definitely '32 parts. Whether the cylinder block is also a '32 will depend on the location of the drain cocks. If they are vertical and attached to a cast-in boss on the bottom of each side of the block near the front, it's a '32. Otherwise it is likely an early '33 block as there is no cavity in the face of the block alongside the timing gear cover. Most '33 and all subsequent blocks have those two cavities on the front of the block, whereas all '32 and very early '33 blocks did no have those two cavities.

You can purchase my books at the online store on this website.
