They're pretty straightforward, consisting of a window regulator that attaches to a steel channel that the glass is inserted in to along with a rubber u-shaped channel with a lip, plus a kit for the rubber seal at the top of the door and the side fuzzy channels that the glass slides up and down in. The kit is available from most Ford parts sellers dealing in that era of Fords as is the rubber channel for the bottom of the glass. Illustrations of the original window regulator and channel are shown in the Appendix of the Club's 1932 book available on this site. They are both available as high quality reproductions from United Pacific. (For that matter, United Pacific has faithfully reproduced the entire '32 standard coupe body and all of its constituent parts are available separately.)
