Ken.... I scoured the internet and can't find anything close to your description. Sounds to me that it's a well made home-built modification to a fuel pump stand to be used as a PCV setup as you implied....

MG , this is factory issue im positive. Didn't Lincoln have a tall black breather neck with a bend in it or a commertial application. The welded short tube is tooo well done to be home made. Thanks for trying. ken ct.

MG, That's as perty a Continental as I've ever seen, but it appears that the fuel line is painted? Must be just the picture? Alan This message was edited by ford38v8 on 5-8-15 @ 2:59 PM

The title over the drawing is: File:Lincoln Zephyr V12 engine (Autocar Handbook, 13th ed, 1935)

That's typical of Wikipedia misinformation... Zephyr began with model year 1936. Alan

And the photo probably is of a Continental as the heads are polished. Alan

Ken, Attached is a picture of a 1942 Lincoln Zephyr V12. Don't be mislead by small gas tank hanging from the breather tube. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-7oeUEPfOd3k/T9ABxJMG9CI/AAAAAAAAH-8/TmnKcE1We_c/s400/P7310010.JPG

Are you the MG that I use to talk to on the old Sh*llys FB yrs ago , good to hear from you again, miss some of the old timers, thanks again for the help on this I had some inkling it might be from a Lincoln as was not a ford one but had a Ford part # on it. As you most likely know im banned for life from the new Ford Barn, its a long story. Good to see you on the EFV8C web site welcome back. ken ct. Model A + T show up near my daughters house may take a ride up to see on the Trump if the fog clears. Why is the "e" in Shllys name blocked out??????????????? ken ct.

Yeah, Ken....I'm that same MG. The 'e' in Sh*lly is blocked because of the phobia this site has for nasty words like 'HE double L'. I can only imagine how they would handle a 'F' bomb.... This message was edited by MG on 5-9-15 @ 11:42 AM
