Can someone tell me how to remove the headlight switch from the dash on my 1948 Ford 2dr,also last summer I replaced the stainless bead on the rear side windows,and I"m getting water behind,would a bead of chaulking help that, I don"t remember removing any weathstrip when I removed old stuff. Tks John
